We are seeking an IT Architect – Integrations to design and lead enterprise integration strategies that connect mission-critical platforms across our aviation ecosystem. In this role, you will architect and govern modern integration patterns, ensuring secure, scalable, and real-time data exchange across CRM, Customer Facing Website, OMS, POS, reservations, and third-party partner platforms. You will enable a unified, connected technology landscape that empowers team members, enhances customer experiences, and unlocks new digital opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with extensive software development experience.
7+ years of Middleware/Integration experience (any platform), with at least 3 full Azure project lifecycles (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment).
Additional knowledge and skills
Certifications:
Must hold Azure Solution Architect, Azure Developer, and Azure Administrator certifications.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep expertise in Azure cloud services, integration design, infrastructure development, and automation.
Programming Expertise:
Strong background with API Core, API development, and secure coding practices.
Teaming:
Proven experience guiding or leading a distributed development team (onsite/offshore).
Problem-Solving:
Ability to deliver complex, high-impact integration solutions in fast-paced environments.
Azure Solutions Architect certification.
Experience with iPaaS platforms (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi).
Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud and on-premise integration challenges.
Familiarity with aviation, logistics, or operations technology.
Experience enabling AI/analytics-driven integrations for real-time insights and automation.
Knowledge of aviation operations, ground handling, or FBO workflows is a plus.
Background in deploying AI-powered or predictive systems into frontline environments.

Responsibilities
Architect and Design Integrations:
Develop secure, scalable integration solutions using Azure services (Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps).
Develop Cloud-Native Applications:
Leverage Azure resources (Application Insights, Key Vault, Storage Accounts) to deliver reliable, modern applications.
Maintain APIs:
Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using JSON and API-first principles.
Implement CI/CD Pipelines:
Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines in a DevOps environment.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with Product, Enterprise Applications, and Business stakeholders to understand needs and design integration solutions.
Monitor and Troubleshoot:
Implement robust monitoring and observability for integrations to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience.
Lead & Guide Teams:
Provide architectural direction and mentorship for onsite and offshore developers, ensuring delivery of integration projects to enterprise standards.
Drive modernization
of legacy systems toward microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first models.
Establish standards for system reliability, availability, scalability, and observability — driving SRE and DevOps practices into operational platforms.
Participate actively in ARB (Architecture Review Board) to ensure architectural alignment and governance.
Support innovation initiatives, including deploying AI-powered decision support, task automation, and predictive operational insights at the base.
