Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This role offers exposure to fund operations, portfolio management, investor communications, and position-level trading activity. The ideal candidate will support the team in managing private credit portfolios, executing fund-level initiatives, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Asset & Fund Management
Monitor performance across our direct lending strategy.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc asset-level and fund-level reporting packages.
Support fund cash flow forecasting, capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning.
Coordinate with fund operations personnel to ensure accurate NAV reporting and fund accounting.
Track fund exposures, leverage levels, and compliance with investment guidelines.
Position Trading & Portfolio Oversight
Maintain position-level data across credit investments, including trade settlements, pricing, and performance metrics.
Assist in trade execution and reconciliation processes.
Monitor market activity for private credit positions.
Support rebalancing and optimization of fund portfolios based on strategy, risk, and liquidity constraints.
Investor Relations
Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, quarterly reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices.
Respond to investor inquiries and due diligence requests in a timely and professional manner.
Support fundraising efforts by contributing to RFPs, DDQs, and marketing presentations.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely investor communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, asset management, fund operations, or investor relations.
Strong understanding of credit markets, fund structures, and trading mechanics.
Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with fund accounting and portfolio management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with closed‑end funds, SMAs, co‑investments, and fund‑of‑one structures.
Exposure to trade lifecycle management and reconciliation processes.
