The role is based in our Chicago office and reports directly to the Director of E‑Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Drive qualified traffic and conversions through paid media channels.

Develop and manage paid social media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart, and other marketplaces, focusing on customer acquisition and measurable ROAS.

Own the new‑customer acquisition strategy, ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining healthy CAC and payback period.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, design, product) to create high‑quality content for website, blog, social media, and email.

Monitor campaign performance, performing optimizations to improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS.

Integrate paid efforts with email flows and promotional initiatives.

Report on campaign metrics (traffic volume, CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR) and align them with overall revenue objectives.

Manage and coordinate paid media agencies and media buying partners.

Take full ownership of campaign pacing, reporting, and performance relative to agreed objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

5+ years of experience leading performance marketing teams.

Experience managing media agencies.

Deep understanding of ad tech, tracking, and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising).

Expert level knowledge of the Google Ads ecosystem.

Strong analytical problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Growth mindset and eagerness to work with diverse teams to achieve business objectives.

Working Hours Full‑time hybrid role: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote. Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM.
