Job Title Sales Support Associate
Responsibilities
Cash Wrap
– Greeting the customer with a smile, offering your name, interacting genuinely, reading cues, capturing email/name where permitted, maintaining POS accuracy, keeping the cash wrap organized, suggesting add‑ons and selling gift cards, maintaining cash and POS media accurately and in compliance with Coach policy, genuinely thanking the customer and providing a reason to return, representing Coach brand appropriately.
Stockroom / Warehouse
– Receiving shipment and transfers, notifying Store Management of new product, scanning cartons, verifying store information, communicating discrepancies, processing shipments according to Coach standards, organizing and cleaning stockroom daily, shifting or organizing product for sell-through, managing stock levels and ownership, preparing and conducting regular cycle counts, participating in store physical inventory counts, maintaining Company Loss Prevention standards.
Sales Floor
– Regularly analyzing the floor to assess replenishment needs, replenishing sales floor/assigned zone, reacting to sell-through and executing visual merchandising needs, supporting sales floor activities, effectively communicating pricing, features, benefits, color, and stock availability to multiple customers, responding to customer requests confidently, partnering with sales team or Store Management as needed, upholding housekeeping standards.

Additional Requirements
Experience – 1–3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock, luxury environment) and knowledge of fashion trends.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical – Cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie‑talkie use, price sheet reading.
Physical – Ability to execute at a fast pace, lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs for product shipment/transfers.
Schedule – Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays and high‑traffic sales days.

Pay Base Pay Range: $16.30 – $17.25 per hour
Location Portland, OR – Current openings range $3,400.00–$8,000.00 per month, $60,000.00–$72,000.00 per year, and $80,000.00–$150,000.00 per year.
