Our Building Information Modeling (BIM) team delivers value through advanced 3D modeling and coordination, identifying conflicts early to minimize schedule and budget impact. Role Purpose

The Senior Coordinator provides critical support to CEI’s Constructability and BIM teams by supporting onboarding, document control, reporting, and coordination. This role serves as a central resource for ensuring compliance, tracking project deliverables, and keeping department operations organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate across HR, IT, Production, and field teams. Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding Support: Partner with HR, Production, and IT to request IT equipment, software access, and workstation setup for new hires; arrange badging and maintain employee documents; provide new hire orientation including time entry training (JDE and BIM Hub); deliver additional training as defined by the department. User Access & Role Management: Coordinate with IT Project Manager on user access and role requests; act as liaison for permissions (not responsible for enabling/disabling users). Document Management: Organize and maintain department files, constructability design documents, and BIM files; manage CEI BIM 360 field management documents across locations. Reporting & Tracking: Enter BRLs, IRLs, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets into BIM Hub; support timecard issues and impersonate users in BIM Hub when corrections are needed; maintain Issues Log for major projects and track key items using the Red Flag List; update and distribute department organization charts. Meeting & Coordination Support: Schedule recurring meetings for Constructability and BIM teams, including kickoff sessions; assist with SOW checklists and action-item follow-up; manage agendas, minutes, and open-item tracking. BIM Administrative Support: Track drawing revisions and monitor document status using IDL, BIM 360 (B360), ACC, PlanGrid, and similar tools; draft and organize department documents; provide correspondence support when team members are unavailable; assist with planning department events and training. Additional Administrative Support: Format and update standard documents, upload changes to Standards Site and Production Livewire; compile comparison information for standards; draft and file PARs; arrange travel for department staff. Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with BIM platforms (B360, ACC, PlanGrid, etc.) preferred; training will be provided. Experience with JDE or other timekeeping systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Education & Experience

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or technical services. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
