Represent program requirements accurately and thoroughly.
Utilize technical resources effectively.
Provide regular reports on lead generation, project status, and other data.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange County / Inland Empire, or southern San Joaquin Valley. No in-office requirement, but weekly visits to customer sites are expected.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Energy Management, or related field.
7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with industrial customers and relationships with large food processing facilities and manufacturers.

Deep understanding of energy efficiency opportunities in refrigeration, boilers, furnaces, pumps, fans, and compressors.
Understanding of industrial processes and methods for reducing energy use.
Preferred skills include experience with utility-funded programs, knowledge of California energy regulations, project financial metrics, technical sales, and refrigeration experience. Professional Engineer or Certified Energy Manager credentials are a plus.
We encourage applicants whose experience may not align perfectly with all preferred skills but can add value to still apply. We are committed to an inclusive, learning-focused workplace and will accommodate individuals with disabilities as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay and benefits including health, vision, FSA/HSA with employer contributions, life and disability insurance, parental leave, 401k with 3% match, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), performance bonuses, paid time off, holidays, and a $500 wellbeing contribution for HSA/FSA/LSA.
