Focus:
Support rapid product development by building, testing, and maintaining hardware prototypes, ensuring reliable data for design and engineering teams. Responsibilities
1- 2 years of experience in electronics labs, hardware prototyping, or testing. Assemble and rework PCBs to support rapid iteration. Prepare and run experiments to evaluate device performance, reliability, and user experience. Ability to follow electrical schematics, basic knowledge of electrical components. Skills with soldering and rework on tiny PCBs with components as small as 0201. Excellent manual dexterity, hand–eye coordination required to operate specialized tools such as hot-air rework stations, precision tweezers to build and rework centimeter sized electromechanical prototypes under a microscope. Fabricate and modify mechanical prototypes using hand tools, power tools, and basic machine shop equipment. Perform mechanical testing including stress tests, environmental testing, drop tests, and fatigue analysis. Manage lab equipment, inventory, and test fixtures to ensure smooth daily operations. Develop and document testing procedures that help scale from prototype to manufacturing. 3D printer / 3D modelling is a bonus. Apply with resume Role details
