Salary : $114,400 - $186,700 per year

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in Systems Analysis within the IT sector, preferably in financial services.

Strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and hands-on experience with Oracle / Postgres or other relational databases.

Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing and analytics is preferred.

Proven experience in designing, managing, and troubleshooting batch processing systems for extensive data workflows in both cloud-based and on-premises environments.

Proficient in systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes; Agile / Scrum / Kanban experience is mandatory.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a technology-related field.

Knowledge in API Development & Testing, AWS (Cloud) Implementation, and Data Design is essential, with a strong preference for experience in UI Design and Workflow / Process Automation.

Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment, coordinating with multiple partners, technical groups, Centers of Excellence (COEs), squads, product areas, and domains.

Experience in environments with numerous applications and integrations.

Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams.

A technical problem solver adept at navigating fast-paced environments, encouraging collaboration, and supporting capabilities across product areas and domains.

Solid understanding of the financial services industry acquired through training and practical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the creation of new product technical visions and high‑quality solutions.

Understand and help develop scalable technical solutions.

Analyze current IT systems and business models to pinpoint requirements, impacts, and dependencies.

Assist in defining project scope and work sequencing based on the requirements analysis of new and existing systems.

Write user stories that outline clear and concise system requirements needed for implementing API developments, creating / updating data stores, and enhancing user interfaces and UI design.

Produce use case documents and functional solutions to meet project objectives.

Develop a subject matter expertise for the product area and broader domain.

Participate in the development and review of test plans, including end‑to‑end strategies.

Engage in and lead various initiatives to support the evolution and growth of the Technical Chapter and Chapter Area.
