Traveling Executive Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Stansell is seeking a talented Traveling Executive Superintendent in GA to join our team! Stansell is a rapidly growing, WBE-certified general contractor specializing in commercial construction services across the Southeast United States. We focus on serving clients in the commercial market, particularly in restaurant dining and quick service food projects. The ideal candidate is a career-minded individual with a customer service focus, high energy, and attention to detail. Proven experience working well with subcontractors is essential. Responsibilities Ensure daily coordination of carpenters and contractors to produce high-quality work that meets the project schedule. Obtain or verify that subcontractors obtain all necessary permits for construction. Verify safety compliance across all trades. Lead regular contractor meetings. Create, manage, and update the project schedule. Communicate schedule status, updates, and changes effectively. Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics. Oversee project quality plan and implement necessary improvements. Provide training opportunities for subordinates to promote continuous improvement and cross-training. Requirements and Skills At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with quick service restaurants. Previous experience as a construction superintendent. Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings. Willingness to travel. Experience supervising a project team. Strong knowledge of construction safety processes and ability to enforce safety plans. Ability to foster a safety-first culture on-site.
