What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with business and digital team members to understand and implement ERP system requirements
Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes
Assist in data mapping activities and testing for system integrations
Document common solutions, including configuration documents and process flows
Provide ongoing support for SAP functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP systems, including configuration and reporting
Strong understanding of finance processes such as Financial Reporting, Payroll, and Tax
Experience supporting SAP integrations, particularly with Tax engines and Workday/ADP
Current U.S. citizenship required for access to necessary systems
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Finance, or related discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with program management and translating business needs into system requirements
Background in large‑scale Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards within ERP systems
Willingness to travel 25-50% during project rollout
