On behalf of our client we are looking for a Tech Recruiter with experience recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning / AI, Site Reliability, Big Data, and Database teams. This will be supporting the San Diego office for our e-commerce client and is a 6 month contract assignment with potential to convert to full-time. Please note this assignment is onsite. This is a full cycle recruitment role - from sourcing and candidate engagement to offer negotiation, while collaborating closely with hiring leaders to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
Owning and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
Champion a structured interview process to ensure a fair, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, offering market insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices for talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience as a full-cycle recruiter in technology
Technically proficient in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel and Word
Proficient in Boolean search
Process-driven with acute attention to detail
Proven experiencing managing a variety of requisitions across multiple teams and levels
A track record of successfully closing candidates
Bilingual in Mandarin.
