What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist in identifying, planning, and executing qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand user needs and discover experience improvements
Translate business needs and stakeholder requests into clear research objectives and tasks
Synthesize research results and deliver impactful presentations to the team and broader organization
Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to drive design vision and strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and contribute to user experience solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Engineering, or related field; or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience in a UX Researcher or equivalent role
Demonstrated ability to learn and implement various UX research methodologies
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Experience with UX research methods such as usability studies and surveys
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health
Experience conducting inclusive research that reflects cultural diversity
Familiarity with both physical and digital product spaces
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, or Sketch
Understanding of HTML capabilities and limitations
