About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Quantitative Researcher
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and programming, with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize quantitative models using large datasets.
Conduct statistical analyses, simulations, and predictive modeling.
Perform research and backtesting of new strategies and methodologies.
Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and academic research relevant to quantitative finance and data science.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, or C++.
Experience with data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in handling large datasets and working with SQL or similar database systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Prior experience in finance, trading, or research environments is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $175,000 – $190,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
