Marketing Campfire is looking for a
Content Marketer
to help define, shape, and amplify the voice of the company. You’ll tell the stories that bring our product and brand to life — building awareness, engagement, and trust across multiple channels. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to build from the ground up. What You’ll Do
Own our editorial strategy
— Define the voice, tone, and creative formats that will become synonymous with Campfire. Create and experiment
— Build out content across formats: newsletters, micro-content, social, community pieces, and more. Test what works, double down on what resonates. Develop event content
— Craft compelling narratives for events, founder talks, webinars, and key thought leadership moments. Lead organic social
— Drive our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms, including both brand and founder content. Collaborate cross-functionally
— Work with comms, brand, product marketing, and GTM to ensure consistency in voice and messaging across every touchpoint. Measure, learn, and iterate
— Use data and audience insights to refine our messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies. Who You Are
A strong storyteller with editorial instincts and a clear, engaging voice. A self-starter who’s excited to build something from scratch and iterate quickly. Creative and bold — comfortable trying new ideas and pushing boundaries. Strategic and hands‑on — able to set the vision, then roll up your sleeves to execute. Experienced in journalism, brand content, or editorial — ideally with a track record of growing an audience or driving engagement. Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience in B2B fintech, SaaS, or high‑growth startups. Familiarity with AI, enterprise software, or complex product storytelling. Why Campfire
Campfire is building the future of enterprise finance — an AI‑native ERP platform for modern teams. You’ll join a small, high‑impact team that moves fast, thinks creatively, and cares deeply about doing great work. We offer the freedom to experiment, the support to grow, and the chance to make a real impact on how businesses understand and manage their financial data.
