Interim Director of FP&A | Healthcare | Hybrid

Our Vaco team is seeking a readily available Senior FP&A leader that brings experience with healthcare and Oracle (cloud preferred). This is an interim role, estimated 3 months, with likelihood to go longer.

ThisDirector of Finance will serve as a key resource for the VP of Finance in preparing and maintaining financial models, budgeting and forecasting, board deck preparation, development of integrated revenue and expense analyses, and various special projects (i.e. CapEx, Revenue Cycle Management).

We are seeking finance leaders with the following:

7+ years of proven FP&A experience, with proven track record in a corporate healthcare setting

Bachelor's degree in finance, or similar

Oracle experience is highly preferred

Strong expertise in Excel (Pivots, LOOKUPS, queries)

Must be local to Nashville - able to be on-site in Franklin, TN 2-3 days/week

Readily available and able to commit to 3+ months
