Responsibilities

Lead and manage Antler’s Lodge while partnering with the Director of Food & Beverage and other resort departments.

Responsible for both short- and long-term planning, while providing support and input for other venues as needed.

Hire, train, develop, and promote associates, including Assistant Managers, while providing continuous coaching and feedback.

Drive exceptional guest service results and employee engagement through strong leadership.

Actively participate in Hyatt’s Associate Engagement and action planning process.

Collaborate with the Resort Beverage Manager to create, develop, and execute an elevated beverage program.

Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue growth, marketing activations, and cost management.

Participate in the creation and management of budgets, business plans, and marketing objectives.

Maintain a high-energy, positive, and professional presence during PM service.

Coordinate and oversee special events, tastings, holiday functions, private dining events, and full venue buyouts.

Take initiative to operate venues as high-profile, free-standing concepts while aligning with resort standards.

Qualifications

Full-time management position requiring schedule flexibility, with an emphasis on

evening and weekend availability .

Prior experience managing a high-end restaurant or hotel restaurant is required.

Previous experience

leading and developing Assistant Managers

strongly preferred.

Strong desire to anticipate guest needs and deliver service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Refined communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in general computer applications and point-of-sale systems.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

Strong food and beverage knowledge, with advanced expertise in wine, beer, and spirits.

Hotel experience and thorough understanding of upscale restaurant and bar service required.

Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or equivalent role preferred.

Must demonstrate high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to inspire exceptional customer experiences.
