Job Description Part-time Assembly, Resize, Fabrication and Finishing
As a part-time worker, you will be assigned to work rotationally floating between Assembly/Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned. Trainers will be assigned to assist in the learning process. Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years of age and/or enrolled in the Work Based Learning Program (Thomas County or Thomasville City Schools) Fine motor dexterity skills required to maintain quality and productivity Basic problem-solving and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills; Conflict resolution skills Written and verbal communication skills Able to multi-task, adaptable and an analytical thinker Able to utilize Micrometers, gauges, and other hand-tools for measuring and inspecting Able to read and following instructions outlined in production documents
Work Shifts: Candidates can choose the following shifts: 20 hours per week
Monday through Friday (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
24 hours per week
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
Pay: $15.00/hour (paid weekly) EOE/AA/M/F/ET/D
