Role Overview The Human Resources (HR) Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support client groups comprised largely of manufacturing and engineering teams. This includes designing, implementing, and administering employee programs, policies, and procedures that align with the company's mission, goals, and objectives. The HR Manager will work closely with our leadership team to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
What You'll Do...
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the manufacturing and engineering teams
Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure that our employees are aligned with the company's mission and objectives
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Oversee the local onboarding and assimilation process for new hires
Develop and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
Manage employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving complaints and conflicts

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience supporting advanced manufacturing and highly technical teams
Proven experience developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as best practices in the field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Aerospace industry experience preferred
Startup experience preferred
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
