Communicate with prospects, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities Demonstrate key products and features Stay updated with product enhancements and industry trends Upsell products and services Close deals and achieve sales goals What You Will Need

Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales role (preferred) Intermediate computer skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills Strong phone and outbound calling skills Excellent listening and sales skills Self-motivation, persistence, and workload prioritization abilities Ability to meet sales targets A Day in the Life
