ED Beds:

Admission Rate:

Morganton: 10%

Valdese: 60%

Acuity:

Moderate

Coverage Model:

24‑hour physician coverage at both facilities

APC coverage:

Morganton: 8a‑6p, 11a‑9p, 5p‑3a daily

Valdese: 12p‑10p daily

Shift Details:

Morganton:

Weekdays: 6a‑3p, 2p‑11p, 10p‑7a (MD)

Weekends: 6p‑6a (MD)

Valdese:

6a‑6p, 6p‑6a (MD)

Priority Need:

Night shift coverage

EMR:

Epic

Requirements

Board Certification:

ABEM - Required

Licensure:

Active North Carolina License - Required

Experience:

Must have clean malpractice and background history

Shifts:

Minimum of 10 shifts per month required
