We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our global Accounting & Finance team, focusing primarily on our parent entity, Raisin SE, and its German subsidiaries. This role reports directly to the Team Lead Accounting and involves close collaboration and coordination with colleagues across various teams. Your Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including posting and reconciling invoices, payments, and account statements, as well as processing travel expense reports and supporting weekly payment runs. Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Revenue processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, reconciliations, and master data maintenance while supporting audits and compliance requirements. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including journal entries (accruals, provisions, deferrals, reclassifications) and general ledger reconciliations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Controlling, technical, and business teams to resolve discrepancies, improve data quality, and drive automation and process optimization in accounting workflows. Assist internal and external audits and contribute to the documentation, improvement, and digitization of accounting processes across local and international teams. Your Profile

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification). 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of accounting principles (HGB, IFRS is a plus) and general ledger processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar), and confident working with large data sets and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience in Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across finance, controlling, and technical teams. Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus. Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach, with an interest in process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
