Embed sustainability goals into variety pack operations, including packaging material optimization, recycling initiatives, and energy‑efficient production methods.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

Produce regular reports for senior leadership summarizing production KPIs, quality performance, improvement projects, and strategic initiatives.

Build consensus among internal teams, brand managers, and third‑party partners to deliver variety pack programs and product launches on time and on budget.

Qualifications & Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage external partners for measurable performance improvements.

Strong understanding of manufacturing financials and cost optimization in packaging operations.
