Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Project Tech Lead for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties Use project management databases, platforms and other systems and applications with focus on data analysis and data quality control frameworks. Deliver solutions for data governance, risk and compliance controls. Consult with internal business clients to determine project management and reporting requirements and partner with management teams and units to meet the organizational objectives influencing strategic decisions. Identify and communicate the risks and impacts associated with project governance, and propose risk mitigation options considering the implications for impacted business communities. Participate in AI technology adoption and transformation projects for enhanced efficiencies and compliance in Risk Management and Data Quality Control. Analyze data and enforce data quality controls based on relevant policies and procedures. Partner with Organizational Program Office and Citi Program Management Council, internal auditors, and other cross‑functional teams to implement broad range of regulatory changes and support continuous improvements. Provide advisory to Steering Committees on governance and compliance oversight, and provide governance and compliance support to Project Managers and Analysts. Provide guidance on policies and procedures related project management oversight and governance and review project reporting and issue resolution processes. Interpret internal compliance policies and design and create reporting templates. Identify risks, issues and gaps in the systems, analyze and define the problem, and develop innovative solutions. Address gaps and areas for improvement in the internal processes, policies and procedures. Support new staff onboarding by providing coaching and training. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field and 4 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or related position driving projects including operational risk controls and project management. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience. Full span of experience must include:

Management information systems and data analytics tools

Project tracking systems and tools

Operational risk analysis and management

Process gap identification, root cause and impact analysis, corrective measure development

Business controls, requirements and metrics building

Process improvement development and implementation

Data analytics and data quality control frameworks

Data gathering, workflow mapping, risk identification and mitigation

Regulatory compliance controls development

Project and program management including stakeholder management

Salary Range $142,959.20 to $163,500
