The Social Analyst plays a key role in executing paid social campaigns and analyzing the performance of organic and sponsored social content across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sponsored Social Strategist, VP of Marketing & Strategy, Director of Social, and cross‑functionally with Account Managers to ensure paid social campaigns run smoothly from setup to reporting and inform internal and external stakeholders using metrics and actionable insights backed by clean, accurate data.

You’ll be hands‑on in managing and optimizing campaigns in ad platforms, tracking performance, gathering insights, informing on trends, tagging content and reporting across channels like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and others. As part of a fast‑growing, collaborative team, you’ll help translate data into stories that demonstrate impact, inform strategy, and elevate internal and external relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, intellectually and naturally curious, and passionate about social media. You are someone who gets excited about uncovering insights, improving processes, finding optimizations, and keeping complex campaigns moving with precision and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sponsored Social Strategist to craft comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client or company objectives.

Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across social platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, X, and others.

Build and deliver recurring social media performance reports using Sprout, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics to inform internal teams.

Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and use insights to report on sponsored content performance in partnership with Partnership Marketing.

Collect, clean, and aggregate data from social and paid media platforms, including tagging all organic and sponsored social content to inform social strategy.

Use Sprout and social platform data to identify top‑performing content/formats and conduct primary research to understand industry trends that can inform organic and sponsored content creation.

Support growth initiatives on Meta, TikTok, and X (e.g., organic boosts, trial content testing).

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

1–2 years of experience in social media analytics, campaign management, or marketing strategy.

Strong analytical skills with an understanding of key performance metrics across social platforms.

Proficiency in using ad management platforms (Meta Ads Manager) and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout) to set up, optimize and measure campaigns.

Innate interest in understanding social media trends, new features and platform algorithms.

Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.

Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Familiarity with paid social campaign workflows, including reach/awareness, direct response, lead generation, and conversion objectives.

Experience with the following tools/platforms: Sprout, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, SharePoint, and internal trafficking/project management tools.
