We are seeking a candidate with a background in Remote Sensing to support the development of repeatable spectral processing and analytics methods. You will apply advanced spectral analysis techniques to develop methodologies, support intelligence reporting, and enhance GEOINT capabilities used by analysts. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with hyperspectral imagery (HSI), multispectral imagery (MSI), and sensor design principles. You will join a skilled team driving innovation in spectral analysis to support national defense. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that advance scientific understanding of GEOINT phenomena, supporting missions in defense, security, and disaster response. Responsibilities:

Develop advanced hyperspectral processing techniques and analytical methods to improve intelligence reporting. Design data collection strategies to ensure target feasibility and high-quality inputs for spectral exploitation. Review and validate automated hyperspectral detections against mission requirements. Develop and refine Computer Vision workflows to improve GEOINT analysis efficiency. Evaluate spectral tools, software, and systems, including verification and validation processes. Document findings and communicate methods through reports to support knowledge sharing and intelligence dissemination. Contribute to spectral tradecraft documentation, including scientific publications and internal content. Required Qualifications:

Expertise in spectral phenomenology, spectroscopy, and hyperspectral/multispectral processing. Strong understanding of GEOINT and the TCPED cycle. Experience with tools like ENVI, FLAASH, QUAC, AIG, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, and scripting in Python or equivalent. Familiarity with analytic tools such as FADE, MIST, INTELBOOK, LINX, and WATCH BOX. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact across levels in the GEOINT community. TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Substitutions for volunteer experience, internships, certifications, military experience, or different degrees are permitted. Desired Experience:

GEOINT-related certifications. Experience with Computer Vision, AI/ML algorithms, and workflow development for GEOINT. Hands-on evaluation of hyperspectral exploitation tools. Experience with scientific publishing and research. Background in sensor calibration, radiometric correction, or uncertainty quantification. Familiarity with tools like OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ERDAS IMAGINE, SIV, and NSG imagery platforms.
