Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (plus Saturdays as needed)
Responsibilities:
Assemble electro-mechanical products using blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and calibration specifications
Rotate between work cells and assist with light material handling
Maintain consistent attendance, quality, and production pace while adhering to safety guidelines
Identify and report safety issues; perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
Proficient in soldering, blueprint reading, and interpreting calibration/test specifications
Strong communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team
Experience mentoring or supporting fellow assemblers is a plus
Able to lift up to 25 lbs with assistance
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
