Job Summary:
We're seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of paid media execution and marketing automation. You'll be responsible for managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), and Reddit, while also owning and optimizing our HubSpot marketing automation workflows. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and imaginative, capable of crafting compelling content and driving measurable results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing
Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot.
Manage and maintain marketing lists in HubSpot to support ongoing campaigns, audience targeting, and lifecycle communications.
Monitor lead behavior and engagement to move qualified leads through the sales funnel.
Develop and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize sales outreach.
Design, implement, and continuously improve automated workflows in HubSpot to ensure proper lead nurture, handoff, and progression through the funnel.
Track and analyze performance of lead nurturing campaigns and workflows, providing regular reports and insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
Sales Operations
Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights for leadership.
Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM and associated sales tools; evaluate and implement new technologies as needed.
Support marketing leads forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
Streamline marketing to sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Sales Enablement & Support
Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support for the sales team on HubSpot tools and processes.
Ensure CRM data integrity and assist with ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation.
Provide documentation and resources to support marketing best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing to ensure campaign alignment and lead quality.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support strategic business goals.
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Qualifications:
2-4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and marketing automation.
Proven experience in lead nurturing and sales pipeline management.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and training.
Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and KPIs.
Experience with list segmentation, workflow automation, and process optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range $80,000 - $95,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
