You'll be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring quality, and maintaining efficiency on the line.
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating 3- or 4-day work week (full-time)
Responsibilities:
Load and place products onto the production line
Monitor the production process to ensure all steps are completed properly
Perform basic visual inspections for quality control
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40-50 lbs as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
No previous experience required - this is an entry-level role with training provided
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends when needed
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
