What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in College Student Development, Business, Higher Education, or a related field.
Experience providing academic advising in a higher education setting.
Experience delivering student-centered support to individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.
Demonstrated proficiency with student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft), degree audit platforms (e.g., DARS), and student success CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Navigate) to support academic advising and student retention efforts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving programs, processes, policies, and work assignments.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
