As an Epicor FP&A Consultant, you'll work with diverse clients across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail and automotive. You will have a variety of client-facing responsibilities such leading implementation of FP&A solutions with new customers, diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, and formulating and making recommendations.

What You Will Be Doing: Implement Epicor Solutions' suite of FP&A software products for financial reporting, budgeting and planning, profitability, and consolidations for our Epicor customers

Train customers on functional and technical matters related to Epicor's FP&A products

Advise customers on best practices for financial reporting, budgeting and planning

Specialize in report writing in Epicor FP&A and build complex reports from scratch

Act as a liaison between the product management team and the user community

Maintain the integrity of the sensitive customer data in line with policies and controls

Serve in a business advisory role through your knowledge of consolidation and statutory reporting

Manage end-to-end projects and train end-users

Monitor and ensure FP&A projects remain in scope and quote additional services as needed to assist in customer's successful adoption of product.

Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.

What You Will Likely Bring: Experience in financial reports, accounting, budgeting or financial planning and analysis

Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements (end of month, quarter end, year end)

Knowledge of accounting, consolidation with multiple GAAPS, statutory reporting and accounting standards

Understanding of finance business processes, including forecasting, budgeting cycles, and corporate reporting requirements across multiple departments and divisions

Management reporting , understand and knows Cashflow mapping, EBIT, EBITA and so on KPI calculations.

A demonstrated resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Experience working with large sets of data

Strong attention to detail and good planning and organization skills

Strong skills in critical thinking

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support others

Proven experience interacting and communicating with both business-oriented and IT-oriented clients

Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Ability to travel up to 25%

What Could Set You Apart: Bachelor's Degree in finance or related discipline

3+ years experience implementing financial reporting and performance management tools like (OneStream, Hyperion, Tagetik, Jedox, Board, DSPanel)

2+ years consulting experience preferred

Extras Experience with Salesforce / Financial Force

Knowledge of Epicor ERP Software

Range: Minimum:

$60,000 USD Maximum: $170,000 USD The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
