About the Role

Impact you will make

The Solutions Manager acts as the "concierge" for FinThrive clients. This role is committed to providing superior customer service experience by using in-depth product knowledge, detailed troubleshooting, and quality technical support when resolving post-implementation issues. As a part of the Solutions Manager team, you'll be exposed to the many facets of FinThrive as well as career growth opportunities.

The working hours for this role are 1PM-10PM CST .

What you will do

Deliver superior customer service while fielding customer inquiries and requests, assisting with troubleshooting reported issues, and aiding using our applications in accordance with the internal policies, providing clear and concise documentation

Provide coordination and clear communication via phone, email and support cases to both internal and external customers

Organize, investigate, and resolve assigned work in a timely and effective manner

Leverage knowledge of claims and collections to support customers using our application

Interface/communicate with other departments to ensure product maintenance utilizing established procedures

Support application functionality and remain current on release updates and product knowledge

Document all customer interactions

Adhere to established procedures of documenting cases

Document software/product bugs and features for development

Provide support to our Hawaii & West Coast customers by working a shift covering their core hours (1-10pm CT)

What you will bring

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2+ years of experience in a support role troubleshooting customer issues to resolution

2+ years of experience working in healthcare or working for a vendor supporting a client hospital or physician

Experience showing initiative, including anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to ensure an engaging and positive customer experience

Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with a customer and simplifying complex information

Ability to multi-task and prioritize departmental functions to meet both timed deadlines and quality expectations with great attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives, including all applicable service level agreements

Demonstrated ability to navigate Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

What we would like to see

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Comprehensive understanding of hospital revenue cycle, specific to claims

Salesforce experience
