Schedule + Pay

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday (Overtime is available)

Pay | $18 - $20 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent + Prior experience with food service + Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite + The ability to lift 15 pounds & to stand for long periods of time

Customer Service Representative Duties

Professionally interact with clients via phone, email, and occasionally in person.

Assist customers in making selections based on their needs.

Record orders using the point-of-sale system.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

Use critical thinking skills to deliver solutions.
