Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday | Pay Rate: $28 - $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, modify, and run CMM programs using PC-DMIS or similar software.

Perform dimensional and in-process inspections using precision measurement tools.

Analyze and report inspection results; document non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis.

Maintain calibration and organization of inspection tools and lab equipment.

Conduct receiving inspections and ensure quality documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred).

3+ years of experience in CMM programming and quality inspection.

Proficient in PC-DMIS, GD&T, and blueprint reading.

Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in machining, aerospace, or automotive environments preferred.

Familiarity with SPC, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement a plus.
