Staffmark is looking for a reliable Shipping Receiving Assistant to help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll handle inventory counts, shipping and receiving tasks, and work closely with multiple teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Pay: $22/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-2 hours OT possible daily) | Every other Saturday required
Responsibilities
Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and adjustments in JDE
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including ASNs and Bills of Lading
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Schedule and expedite shipments; manage Kanban distribution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues
Support physical inventories and continuous improvement efforts
Apply shipping labels, process customer orders, and manage backorders
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse roles
Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Valid driver's license required after conversion
Able to work independently and on-site full time
