beauty and wellness brand

built on creativity, community, and connection. Their marketing team produces high-impact brand moments - including two major conventions each year featuring stage panels, testimonial videos, and immersive event experiences. They're looking for a

Marketing Project Manager

who can bring structure to creativity - someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to jump into the content side when needed.

The Role

Manage creative marketing projects from concept to execution across product, digital, and global teams. Coordinate timelines and deliverables in tools like

Asana

or

Teams . Support major

brand events

with decks, video content, and testimonial storytelling. Communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Lead execution while staying hands-on with creative details.

Who You Are

3+ years in marketing

(beauty, wellness, or consumer brands preferred). Strong

project management mindset

- organized, proactive, great at follow-through. Experience with

content, events, or campaign production . Confident communicator who thrives in creative, community-first environments. Bonus: Experience with video, panels, social campaigns, or event collateral.
