1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Range:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on proven experience)

What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll ensure products meet strict quality standards by performing inspections, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the production process. Daily tasks include:
Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts and finished products
Inspecting and testing parts for compliance with drawings and specifications
Identifying, documenting, and resolving quality issues during production
Conducting analysis using microscopes, test equipment, and visual inspections
Reviewing and verifying process documentation for accuracy
Testing and calibrating circuit boards to meet customer specifications
Troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards down to the component level
Fabricating cables for testing purposes as needed
Recording test results, maintaining documentation, and generating reports

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics inspection
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
Strong troubleshooting and deductive reasoning abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency with test equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power supplies, and signal generators
Experience with AOI Systems and Electrical Node Testing
Visual inspection and microscope experience (must be able to work under a microscope for extended periods)
Soldering skills; J-STD 001, IPC-600, and IPC-620 standards a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to sit for the duration of the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where the temperature may vary
