Immigration Attorney - Northwest Arkansas

Salary:

$70,000 - $85,000

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) With flexibility and remote work options

Join a growing general practice law firm in Northwest Arkansas as a full-time Immigration Attorney. This is your chance to handle impactful cases, grow your practice, and work with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in immigration court, USCIS proceedings, and removal cases

Handle asylum, TPS transitions, DACA renewals, Humanitarian Parole, and CAT applications

Prepare and file applications, petitions, appeals, and waivers

Conduct legal research, draft briefs, memos, and correspondence

Supervise DOJ-accredited staff on complex cases

Keep clients updated and ensure compliance with changing immigration laws

Qualifications:

JD and an active Arkansas attorney license

2+ years of immigration law experience in a private law firm

Courtroom experience and direct client representation

Bilingual English & Spanish required

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
