and theyre now expanding their footprint.

Were seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead large-scale, high-density data center builds from the ground up. This role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a direct impact on cutting-edge AI infrastructure projects. The position

Oversee full-cycle execution of greenfield and brownfield data center construction projects. Manage contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to spec. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project). Drive a zero-incident safety culture across all site operations. Coordinate CSA and MEP trades; proactively resolve issues in the field. Track progress, costs, and resources; prepare reports and recovery plans where needed. Oversee QA/QC, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Partner with internal design, procurement, and operations teams for seamless handoffs. Administer construction contracts from award to closeout.

Could this role be for you?

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 7+ years managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects. Strong understanding of CSA and MEP construction, procurement, and cost controls. Proven success delivering complex, fast-track builds across multiple locations. OSHA 30 (or equivalent); working knowledge of NFPA 70E, local codes, and permitting. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to read BIM/Revit and interpret IFC packages. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
