Role Description: Were seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing and collaborative practice. Whether youre looking for full-time, part-time, or per diem work, we offer flexible scheduling and a supportive environment where your clinical expertise can truly make a difference. The ideal candidate is a dedicated clinician who values patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions to maximize patient recovery. Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for home exercise and prevention. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers. Deliver care to patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, no-fault, workers compensation, and cash payment programs.
Qualifications : Doctorate or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy ( DPT or MPT ). Active New York State Physical Therapy License (required). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience with diverse payer sources preferred. New graduates welcome
training and mentorship provided.
