The core objectives around this role revolve around establishing a robust set of financial foundations from quarterly reporting to managing large CAPEX/OPEX investments, supporting rapid scaling across supply chain sourcing, hardware manufacturing, implementation, and future funding rounds. You will serve as a key advisor to the CEO, analyzing the financial implications of strategic decisions from hiring to market entry to product investments accruing to company value creation. Role Responsibilities

Financial Operations Team and Process Development Strategic Supplier and Partner Agreements Compensation and Equity Management Role Objectives and Results

Financial Planning and Forecasting Develop and maintain detailed budget and financial models Optimize cash flow via supplier agreements and AR/AP management

Fundraising and Investor Relations Drive maturity in capital-raising efforts Build high-trust relationships with capital allocators

Establishing Financial Controls and Compliance Implement scalable financial systems and controls Oversee tax, equity, and risk management strategies

Strategic Advisory and Operational Support Advise the CEO and BoD on strategic courses of action and outcomes Build and lead an efficient tax team

Role Requirements

7+ years of finance experience in a tech product line or business, ideal candidate has proven experience at a high-growth company (Series B to IPO). Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations. Experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations. Experience implementing financial systems and processes. Strong understanding of GAAP and startup financial metrics. Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent experience
