Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this role is responsible for sourcing top-tier talent to support continued organizational growth. The recruiter will apply best-in-class sourcing and talent acquisition practices to identify and attract highly skilled and diverse candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions across assigned regions. Build strong candidate pipelines and engage passive talent through creative sourcing strategies. Advise hiring managers on effective recruiting processes to fill roles efficiently. Develop and implement recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring teams. Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, and employee referrals. Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. Recommend process enhancements to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality. Train stakeholders on ATS usage and interviewing techniques to ensure compliance and a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with external recruiting firms, job boards, and career fairs to optimize sourcing efforts. Research and recommend new sourcing channels for active and passive candidates. Maintain and update candidate profiles in the ATS. Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at attracting top talent. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience. Strong background in passive recruiting, especially for technical sales and engineering roles. Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies. Excellent communication and coaching skills across all organizational levels. Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting compliance. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms

Preferred Skills

Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business. Prior experience in construction or contracting industries.
