that improve patient outcomes and manufacturing efficiency. The team is seeking a
Product & Process Development Engineer
whos passionate about product innovation, process optimization, and advancing healthcare technology.
In this role, youll: Drive
design, development, and testing
of new and existing wound-care products. Support
sustaining engineering
and implement improvements across R&D and manufacturing. Develop
fixtures, documentation, and validation plans
to ensure compliance with
FDA 21 CFR 820
and
ISO 13485 . Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth launches.
Background requirements: A
Bachelors or higher degree
in Mechanical, Biomedical, or related Engineering field. 2+ years
of experience in the medical device or life sciences industry. Proficiency in
CAD software
(SolidWorks preferred). Familiarity with
quality system regulations
and validation testing.
