A well-established civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced paralegal with a strong background in Nevada litigation to join the team. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned attorneys on complex matters.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of Nevada litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases from start to finish. Youll handle a full range of litigation support tasks, including discovery, filings, trial preparation, and direct communication with clients and courts.

Job Details
Minimum 10 years of Nevada litigation experience required.
Thorough knowledge of Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and case management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, disclosures, and correspondence.
File and serve documents in Nevada state and federal courts.
Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance with procedural rules.
Maintain organized case files and assist attorneys in trial preparation.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
Track and maintain 150 billable hours per month.
