About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our team in Covington, GA. This role will serve as a key partner to the business, helping shape and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities Partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with organizational needs. Lead and support large-scale change initiatives across the business. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective workforce planning and talent pipeline development. Provide strategic HR guidance while maintaining the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively. Navigate and operate effectively within a complex, matrixed global organization. Champion employee engagement, development, and retention strategies. Ensure alignment of HR practices with our client's values and global standards.
Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience; 812 years preferred Demonstrated career progression with increasing scope and responsibility (not a series of lateral moves). Experience working in a global organization strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead change and drive results in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and other HR functions. Comfortable working on-site in Covington, GA four days per week.
