The Role

Were hiring a

Digital Campaign Strategist

(juniormid level) to support client accounts through performance reporting, campaign execution, and client communications. Youll be both

analytical and client-facing , with the opportunity to grow into owning accounts and strategy.

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day client communications and internal workflows. Develop and manage campaign strategies across Search, Social, Display, CTV, SEO, and Email channels. Track pacing, budgets, and KPIs to ensure performance goals are met. Build and present performance reports. Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for clients. Coordinate project deliverables across creative, content, and paid media. Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform best practices.

You will receive one-on-one training and coaching, with significant opportunity for personal growth as you develop your skills and our portfolio grows.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with approximately 10% of your time spent collaborating with colleagues in-person, and occasional travel to client sites.

Required Qualifications

23 years of digital marketing experience (agency preferred). Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic Advertising platforms. Experience with campaign conversion tracking and CRM integrations. Mastery of marketing analytics concepts Superior client communication skills High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking. Experience with work management platforms such as Asana or Monday Based in Connecticut, New York, or New Jersey

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, or industries with long purchase cycles Demonstrated success in, and a preference for hybrid work environments Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Hubspot, or Airtable. Ability to travel to Greenwich Engine's Ridgefield, Connecticut offices on a biweekly basis
