*What You'll Do*
* Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
* Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.)
* Review and validate loan documents for accuracy
* Handle routine communications via calls, emails, and chats
* Monitor work queues and step in to ensure smooth operations
* Support business and customer service goals with efficiency and professionalism
* Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team culture
*What You Bring*
* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred
* Understanding of Federal, State, and Local regulations
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
