Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Plan and manage daily production schedules to minimize downtime and meet targets.
Monitor product quality, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Enforce company policies, safety standards, and 6S compliance.
Manage inventory accuracy, scrap reduction, and documentation.
Use MES and business systems for tracking performance and decision-making.
Support cross-functional teams in resolving production and quality issues.
Maintain production reports, verify payroll, and conduct employee evaluations.
Requirements:
2+ years of supervisory experience
Injection molding experience
The ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Skills:
A college degree
6 sigma green belt
Experience in the automotive industry
