PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position will partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute highimpact, crossfunctional initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and longterm value creation. This role is the "engine room" for turning strategic concepts into measurable results, requiring strong analytical rigor, projectleadership expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Training and Experience:

7-10 years in B2B SaaS/Enterprise Project Management, 2-3 AI/ML exposure.

General Skills:

Translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives; develop business cases, ROI models, and success metrics. Conduct market, competitive, and internal capability analyses to surface growth opportunities. Maintain the Strategic Initiative Portfolio, ensuring alignment with annual and multiyear objectives. Lead endtoend delivery of 3-5 concurrent, highvisibility programs (e.g., market entry, M&A integration, digital transformation). Build detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress against schedule, budget, and KPI targets.

Required Skills:

Able to match strategic goals with daily initiatives; anticipate future trends.

Experience with project management platforms (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).

Strong quantitative skills. Development and maintenance of KPI to monitor and track operational health.

Disciplined focus on delivering on time, on budget, and to scope while managing risk.

Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to build consensus across diverse functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with working in a highly regulated industry (DoD, DOT, FAA).

Process engineering: including process improvement and scalability.

Proficiency in SQL or scripting language for data extraction and analysis.

PMP certification.

Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Prefer holds an active Secret clearance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Function as the customer facing lead by identifying high value prospects, building value-based pricing models, and closing deals in partnership with leadership.

Perform cross functional coordination and align resources from Alternative Learning Team, IS, AI Engineering, Legal, Finance and Marketing.

Codify best practices and process improvements, Identify automation or potential vectors to leverage technology solutions that increase efficiency of initiative execution.

Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

None
