JOB SUMMARY
The Professional Development Associate provides a full range of varied, multi-skilled project, clerical, and administrative support to the Continuing Education and Professional Development department. Coordinates components related to Professional Development for all new hires under Patient Care Services such as support onboarding calendaring, scheduling, logistics (room scheduling), document distribution, system access needs (EPIC, etc) and overall support for successful onboarding. In addition, responsible for gathering and pulling metrics reports and summarizing report results for department leadership to include the Regional Director.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate onboarding of Patient Care Services staff. * Schedule classroom and documents attendance. * Coordinate access related items such as password setup, EPIC access, training, and other access related support. * Work with educators on coordination of support, distribution of fliers and materials, and room reservations. * Assist Director with workshop for Clinical Educators and work directly with Learning & Development group.
Education : Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum of two (2) years' experience in related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
* Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to manage multiple competing priorities within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Strong computer skills and use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, PeopleSoft, Kronos We take great care of careers.
