Job Summary:
An Expert Network User Acceptance Testing Specialist will play a critical role in improving the features and functionalities of the Virtual Expert Portal by ensuring that new enhancements meet the desired expectations. The successful candidate will coordinate with program management, engineering, and service delivery teams to develop comprehensive testing plans and oversee their execution. This position involves a mix of technical acumen, excellent communication abilities, and administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Intake testing requests and collaborate with requestors to develop effective testing strategies. Coordinate with Service Delivery to staff tests and ensure expectations are met. Collect and analyze feedback from testers, presenting insights and recommendations to Program Management. Streamline and continuously improve the internal testing process based on team feedback. Maintain clear and effective communication with support teams, product managers, and engineering teams throughout the testing phase.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively communicate and gather information. Ability to solve complex problems and adapt strategies based on the situation. Proven track record of critical thinking and the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives
Industry Experience:
Experience in software development or IT project management, particularly with user acceptance testing or product development, is highly desired.
